The easiest way to make HTTP requests using FireBreath is to use the SimpleBrowserStreams helper class with the BrowserStreams feature. This can be used to make asynchronous GET and POST requests.

This sample code (taken from the FBTestPlugin example) can be used to make a GET or POST request from javascript and call a callback function when complete. (NOTE: This is not actually a good idea; it bypasses the browser security model. This is just provided as an example)
